Information you choose to give us when you call, email or submit a form on this site, such as your name, business or organization, role, approximate number of employees, email address, phone number, city and the details you include in your message. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, tax IDs, passwords or health information through this site, and we ask that you not send them. We may also collect basic site analytics, such as pages visited and device type, to understand how the site is used.

To respond to your questions, schedule benefits consultations, discuss career opportunities, provide service on life and supplemental health coverage, and improve this site.

This site does not sign you up for text messages, and submitting a form here does not enroll you in any text message program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and our business (for example, our email delivery provider), with Globe Life and Liberty National as needed to provide coverage and service you request, or when required by law.
